These Terms of Service govern your use of the ISLA LAURE online store and your purchase of our clothing, jewellery and related accessories. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. About the store
ISLA LAURE operates this store using Shopify’s commerce platform. References to “ISLA LAURE”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the business operating this store. Contact and business details are available on our Contact page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your location. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
3. Product information and fit
We take reasonable care to describe garments, fabrics, colours, measurements, jewellery and finishes accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural materials and production batches can cause minor variations. Product imagery and styling accessories are illustrative unless stated as included.

4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are shown in the selected market and currency. Taxes, shipping and any duties collected by us are shown before payment. Your payment provider may apply conversion or international transaction charges that we do not control. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch and will offer cancellation with a full refund if you do not accept the correction.
5. Orders and payment
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to payment authorisation and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock error, purchase limits, delivery restrictions or another legitimate reason. If we cancel, we refund the amount we collected for unavailable goods.
6. Changes and cancellations
Contact Customer Care immediately if you request a change or cancellation. If the order has not entered processing and we are able to approve the request, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method without a cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once processing begins.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun or after dispatch. After delivery, an eligible item may be returned only under our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Available methods, charges, tracking, customs responsibilities and estimated delivery windows are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
8. Returns and product problems
Change-of-mind returns, customer-paid return postage, non-returnable hygiene-sensitive products, Final Sale items and refund processing are governed by our Refund Policy. We do not deduct an additional return handling or restocking fee from refunds for eligible items. Mandatory remedies for faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are not excluded.
9. Promotions and gift cards
Promotions apply only for the stated period and conditions and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. Discount codes have no cash value. Gift cards are subject to the conditions shown when purchased and any mandatory expiry or consumer rules in the market of sale.
10. Store content and intellectual property
The store’s photographs, product copy, graphics, logos, layout and other content belong to ISLA LAURE or our licensors. You may use the store for personal shopping only. You must not reproduce, scrape, distribute, exploit or create derivative commercial materials from store content without written permission.
11. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display it for store and brand communications. We may moderate content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or unrelated.
12. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, collect other users’ data, make fraudulent purchases, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
13. Third-party services
Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties support the store. Their separate terms may apply to services they provide. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience; we are not responsible for their independent content or practices.
14. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the store accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Our liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer remedies.
16. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, natural disaster, labour disruption, platform outage or government restriction. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and keep affected customers informed.
17. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
18. Governing rules
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, while preserving any mandatory protections and rights available to you in your place of residence. Courts and dispute bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, operational or service changes. The version posted when you place an order governs that purchase unless a change is required by law.
